We guarantee your satisfaction. Contact us immediately, concerning any issues or questions, and we will attempt to solve the problem expeditiously. Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, packed properly and complete. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please be aware that we have to pay fees to PayPal and our credit card merchant to finalize a transaction and will; therefore, deduct a $5 restocking fee from the return credit to cover those fees.
